BEFORE YOU REGISTER please read the Registration Tips below to assist you with the registration process. There is also a Registration FAQ at the bottom of this page.
REGISTER for OzCHI 2015 via Eventbrite.
This will take you to Eventbrite where you can register and pay online using a credit card. All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST and fees.
Workshops, Symposium and Doctoral Consortium (1 day) Monday 7th December 2015. The Full Conference (3 days) begins Tuesday 8th December 2015 and ends Thursday 10th December 2015.

Registration Tips
Registration Type & Tax Receipt Information (A Business/An Individual)
This section in your Eventbrite registration relates to your tax invoice. A tax invoice will be supplied once you have completed your registration. If your University/Business/Organisation is funding your conference registration, please select ‘A Business’ and complete. If you are using your personal funds, please select ‘An Individual’ and complete.
Animal Experience
The Conference Dinner includes a pre-dinner free Animal Experience with canapés and cocktails at Melbourne Zoo on Wednesday 9th December 2015 starting at 6pm. OzCHI participants will have an opportunity to experience the Zoo after hours for an exclusive Animal Experience. There are 2 choices, please select your choice when registering.

Registering for a Workshop, Symposium or the Doctoral Consortium
You must register for the full conference as a Member, Non-Member or Student/Concession or a 1 day ticket. Once you have selected either the full conference or 1 Day Ticket you can select a Workshop, Symposium or Doctoral Consortium as an Additional Item.
If you complete your registration and then decide you want to attend a Workshop or the Symposium, as of the 18th November you can register through the main screen of Eventbrite by selecting ADDITIONAL Workshop Registration or ADDITIONAL Symposium Registration. Once you have entered the second screen and completed your details do not select Additional Item Workshop or Symposium at the bottom of the screen as this will duplicate your purchase.
After Registration Screen - CHIFish 2015 Form
When you complete your registration you will be taken to CHIFish to complete your people profile for the conference. Please have a head-and-shoulders image of you ready to upload when you complete this form. CHIfish web app helps you find interesting papers and interesting people at the conference. We encourage you to please fill in the form so that CHIFish can populate the People section with information that will help others discover you at the conference. This is voluntary but we hope you will take part and don't mind filling in some of your details (again). More information on CHIFish

Workshops
- One Day Workshop $150
Workshops are held on Monday 7th December 2015 and are open to all conference attendees. You must register for at least one day of the full conference (8th or 9th or 10th December) or the full conference and select your workshop as an Additional Item. Symposium: Asia Pacific HCI and UX Design Symposium 2015
- One Day Symposium $200
The Symposium will be held on Monday 7th December 2015 and is open to all conference attendees. You must register for at least one day of the conference (8th or 9th or 10th December) or the full conference and select Symposium as an Additional Item. This full-day symposium will consist of a keynote presentation, several position papers presentations, catering (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea) and an interactive workshop followed by a BYO networking dinner (optional). Doctoral Consortium
The Doctoral Consortium will be held on Monday 7th December 2015 and is only for invited attendees who have an accepted paper. There is no fee to attend the consortium however you must register for at least one day of the conference (8th or 9th or 10th December) or the full conference and select Doctoral Consortium as an Additional Item. The Doctoral Consortium includes catering (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea). More information on Doctoral Consortium

NOTE: Your Welcome Reception and Conference dinner tickets are INCLUDED in your full registration. Select only for an ADDITIONAL ticket or Day registrations or Volunteers wishing to attend. Conference Dinner ticket includes free pre-dinner Animal Experience with canapés and cocktails followed by dinner in the Leopard Lodge at Melbourne Zoo. Please note that if you have already registered and wish to purchase an ADDITIONAL Conference Dinner Ticket you can do this via Eventbrite. Additional Conference Dinner Tickets must be purchased by Sunday 29th November 11:30pm AEST
Registration FAQ
Can I add a Workshop or the Symposium after I have completed by registration?
As of the 18th November conference attendees who have already registered for the full conference or for one day of the conference can add a Workshop or Symposium via the main Eventbrite screen by selecting an ADDITIONAL Workshop Registration or ADDITIONAL Symposium Registration. Can I register and pay for multiple attendees?
Yes you can register up to 8 people per registration type under one buyer/credit card. Please make sure you have all the details of each attendee before you start the registration process. If you would like to register more then 8 people please make a seperate purchase.
Can I book a hotel during the registration process like last year?
This year you will need to book your accommodation via the hotel. Check out the OzCHI conference hotel rates and list of surrounding hotels here
