The OzCHI 2017 Student Design Challenge (OzCHI24) invites participation from student teams from around the world. Participants will have 24 hours to develop a design solution for a given HCI research problem. The top three entries will be invited to present their work at the conference. The challenge brief will relate to this year’s conference theme of Human-Nature. This theme highlights both the need for socio-technical systems which bring out our better human nature, and the need to better engage people with the natural environment in which we live in order that we understand, appreciate and learn to live in harmony with nature and the wonders it holds. For more information about the OzCHI24 Student Design Challenge and registration refer to the Student Design Challenge website.
Details about the submission format will be released on the Student Design Challenge website.
